Natascha van Boetzelaer is a thought leader on all aspects of digital talent and organizations. Based in Egon Zehnder’s Amsterdam office, she advises disruptive and disrupted companies on digital capabilities globally, across sectors, and at the executive and nonexecutive levels. She works with a broad range of talent, including transformational leadership in more traditional companies, entrepreneurial pureplay leaders, and experts in different functions, such as product, artificial intelligence, data science, and user experience. She helps attract talent across borders and industries. Natascha also advises companies on cultural change and organizational design. Originally from the Netherlands, she joined the firm in Amsterdam and spent several years in the Hong Kong office.

I began my career in venture capital, and I’m always impressed and inspired by entrepreneurs’ passion and conviction. I like people who are edgy, colorful, curious, and driven. I love being able to connect unlikely people.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Natascha was the Investor Relations Officer for Gilde, a private equity buyout firm in the Netherlands. Previously, she was the Director of Business Development for Arts Alliance Media and an Investment Associate with Arts Alliance Ventures. Natascha began her career as a Strategy Consultant with Mercer Management Consulting, now Oliver Wyman, in London, where she worked with clients in the technology, media, and telecom sectors in Europe and Australia.

Natascha has a BA in economics from McGill University in Montreal and completed the Corporate Finance Program at London Business School. She loves spending time with her two sons and traveling to Geneva as often as possible. She is a media junkie who is also passionate about holistic health.
