Based in Munich, Astrid Jagenberg, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Consumer, Digital, and Family Business Advisory practices. She draws on deep management experience in the consumer, digital and e-commerce sectors to help organizations find and develop the right leaders. Astrid’s particular focuses include apparel, consumer packaged goods and retail in general.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Astrid held the role of Executive Vice President Digital at Gerry Weber. Before that she served as Hallhuber’s Director of Marketing, CRM & E-Commerce. Earlier Astrid held different management positions at Tchibo. Amongst others she was responsible for Online & Direct Marketing. She began her career as a consultant and corporate auditor.

Astrid earned a Master’s in business administration with special focuses on marketing and international management from the Catholic University of Eichstaett-Ingolstadt and a PhD in sociology from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern. Besides her native German, she has acquired a fluent command of English. Married with a young son, Astrid enjoys spending time with her family and friends, fine dining with good food and wine, and keeping fit by playing tennis, swimming and hiking.

Vor ihrer Zeit bei Egon Zehnder führte Astrid Jagenberg als Executive Vice President Digital die Online-Sparte des Modekonzerns Gerry Weber. Frühere Positionen umfassten die der Marketing-, CRM- und E-Commerce-Direktorin bei der Modemarke Hallhuber sowie diverse Aufgaben im Tchibo-Konzern, wo sie unter anderem für das Online- und Direktmarketing verantwortlich war. Ihre Karriere begann Astrid Jagenberg als Beraterin und Revisorin.

Astrid Jagenberg studierte Betriebswirtschaft an der Katholischen Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt und promovierte an der Technischen Universität Kaiserslautern.
