Alyse Forcellina is an experienced partner who has led Egon Zehnder’s US Health and Leadership Advisory Practices, and is also active in the firm’s Board and CEO practices. Her passion and interest is in the health industry, across all segments, working both domestically and globally. Drawing on her previous experience in strategy and finance, she advises clients on wide range of talent-related matters including organizational design, succession planning, board composition, and recruitment and retention of executive talent.

Building the next generation of health care leaders and organizations, in an increasingly complex and uncertain environment, is an awesome challenge and privilege that will have a lasting impact on patients’ lives and the world economy.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Alyse was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, where she helped clients solve business and organizational challenges. Prior to that, she was a Senior Principal in IMS Consulting’s North American practice, where she helped double the practice and build the team, and a Managing Director at a boutique health consultancy. Earlier, Alyse worked at Vector Securities, advising biotech, diagnostics, and medical device companies on M&A transactions and capital structure. She launched her career working for a United States Senator, covering health policy and legislative priorities.

Alyse earned a BA in American Studies from Yale, and a Master of Public Affairs (MPAff) from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business, both at the University of Texas. She is certified in the 16pf and Hogan Development surveys and trained in the use of various leadership and coaching frameworks.

Alyse enjoys spending time with her husband and teenage daughter, and she relaxes by hiking, practicing yoga, and reading great fiction. She and her family recently relocated in Park City, Utah, but she continues to work out of the New York office and serve clients globally.
