Drew McFeetors, based in Toronto, leads Egon Zehnder’s FinTech and Technology Officer Practices in Canada. Focusing on senior executive search and leadership assessment & development, he is a valued advisor to clients across industries, including Financial Services, Technology, Private Capital, Aerospace & Defence, and Payments. Drew is also a key member of the firm’s Cybersecurity practice where he works with Chief Information Security Officers globally.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Drew was MasterCard’s Vice President for Retail Consulting Services in the Americas, based in Toronto. Prior to that, he led American Express’s Canadian Business Insights team as part of a global information, analytics and consulting organization. Earlier, Drew was a Manager in Deloitte’s Corporate Strategy team and he began his career with 3M Canada.

Drew earned a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business. Drew proudly serves as Hon. Lieutenant-Colonel for a reserve regiment of the Canadian Armed Forces with the aim of bridging the business and military communities. Originally from Winnipeg, Drew is married with three young boys and is a passionate outdoorsman.
