Jeff Otto, based in Atlanta, is the leader of Egon Zehnder’s Engineering & Research Officers Practice. He advises clients on talent solutions with a particular focus on the Semiconductor and Industrial sectors. He also leverages his deep work experience in Supply Chain & Operations.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Jeff was a General Manager in GE’s Industrial Solutions business. His earlier roles at GE were Executive Quality Leader for the Energy Management Division and Director of the GE Corporate Initiatives Group. Previously, Jeff was a Senior Engagement Manager at Monitor Consulting, a Plant Manager with Praxair, a senior process engineer with MEMC, and a process engineer at Monsanto.
Jeff earned an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in chemical engineering from Cornell University. Outside of work, he attends his three daughters’ sports events and plays tennis with his wife, as well as running 10-kilometer obstacle-course mud races.
