Based in Brussels, Gauthier is a trusted advisor to clients, helping them to find, assess, and develop talented executives, improve team effectiveness, and navigate organizational transformations.

Helping organizations and individuals unlock their leadership potential deeply satisfies my hunger for impact.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Gauthier was a consultant with McKinsey & Company where he supported his clients on strategy and Marketing & Sales topics. Among others, he helped FMCG and Retail clients improve their commercial decisions with Periscope, a proprietary suite of digital tools. Gauthier started his career with BNP Paribas Fortis where he held multiple roles with a focus on corporate and investment banking.

He holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering from Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management, Belgium. Gauthier remains involved in his alma mater as a teaching assistant on communication and the co-founder of the Young Solvay Alumni Club. Outside of work, Gauthier is passionate about traveling the world with his wife, eclectic music and snowboarding.
