Niranjana Rajagopal

Based in Chicago, Niranjana Rajagopal serves clients as an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Industrial Practice and Leadership Advisory Groups. She is valued by clients for her insightful approach and her passion for building the capabilities of their leaders.

I am energized by playing a key role in our clients’ transformational journeys - helping organizations shape their destiny by identifying great leaders and growing their capabilities.

Before becoming an Egon Zehnder consultant, Niranjana spent a number of years with McKinsey & Co., in their Chicago and Dubai offices. As an Engagement Manager, she initially focused on strategy consulting for industrial and consumer clients. More recently she was a leader on that firm’s client capability team, where she oversaw leadership development programs for clients globally. Niranjana started her career as a Corporate Finance analyst at KPMG in Mumbai, where she also spent her formative years.

Niranjana earned a BE in electronics engineering from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
