Amalia began her career at Egon Zehnder in 2017, working initially across Technology and Media. Prior to joining the firm, she spent time working in both Paris and Madrid in Sales and Marketing roles.
Amalia is a certified executive coach with Newfield Network and earned her BA in French & Spanish from the University of Durham in the UK. She is accredited in a range of psychometric and developmental tools (16PF, Hogan Suite, Strengths Profile, Immunity to Change, Constellations). Outside of work, she is passionate about languages, tennis and yoga.
