Erik Seiling leads Egon Zehnder’s Mobility & Automotive and Transport & Logistics Practices in the Middle East. Before joining Egon Zehnder, Erik held senior commercial and market-facing roles with leading automotive OEMs across Europe, the US, and the Middle East. Erik has served as the Director of Channel Development for Automobili Pininfarina, where he built a global multi-channel distribution network for the launch of a new EV hypercar, integrating direct, digital, and retail sales. He has also served as a Regional Director for MINI at BMW North America where he led MINI’s Eastern Region, overseeing dealer performance, regional marketing, and network optimization. Prior to that, he spent over a decade with Audi, managing sales, dealer development, and distribution across Northern Europe and the Middle East. As Director at Audi Middle East based in Dubai, Erik ran the Audi Management Academy, assessing and developing the key leaders for the brand in the region.
Erik holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Maastricht University in the Netherlands. When not working, he is passionate about spending time with his family, skiing, and going on road trips with his 1950s vintage car.
