Prior to his role at Egon Zehnder, Wesley served as an engineering leader at Teledyne Technologies' semiconductor foundry, where he concentrated on the development and manufacturing of next-generation MEMS devices. He previously held the position of engineering manager at Owens Corning after completing the company's operations leadership rotational program. Wesley began his professional journey as a manufacturing engineer at Procter & Gamble, gaining valuable experience in the manufacturing sector.
Wesley holds a bachelor’s degree in nanotechnology engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from HEC Montreal. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a former licensed Professional Engineer. Outside of his professional commitments, Wesley enjoys a fulfilling family life with his wife, two children, and two goldendoodles. He is an accomplished classical pianist, having performed at Carnegie Hall, and maintains an active lifestyle as an avid marathon runner and cyclist. He is fluent in French and English.
