Working with digital disrupters and incumbent firms, I believe that many companies have several of the key elements to enable continuous innovation and transformation—they just need the right leadership approach and mind set to unleash it.
Prior to Egon Zehnder, Minh-Ha worked in operating executive roles as a marketing executive and general manager and as an advisor to senior executives across a range of businesses. She served as Chief Marketing Officer of Migo Corporation, a SaaS software company. At American Express in New York, Minh-Ha was the Director of Global Digital Strategy and Product Manager running the company’s largest consumer credit card portfolio. At HBO, she managed HBO’s e-commerce business and helped launch the company’s first digital on-demand video platform, which was the predecessor to HBO Go and HBO Now. At eBay, she managed the collectibles business, eBay’s largest product category.
