高管领导力突破项目

我们与Mobius高管领导力学院联手提供高管领导力突破项目,为现任CEO或CEO继任者提供为期一年的发展之旅,以释放他们的全部潜力。这是一个高度体验式的干预项目,可加速每个人的成长,强化其改造自我和影响组织的能力。

高管们在一个温馨私密的人性化环境中会面,由亿康先达和Mobius的顶级教员主持,包括哈佛大学法学院讲师、《纽约时报》畅销书《哈佛谈判心理学》(Winning from Within)的作者Erica Ariel Fox。参与者将接触到“四大内心成员”和“转型三杰”的理念,以更好地了解自己内心的领导力组合工具。

针对每个参与者的个性化干预措施为他们创造了具有深远影响的定制流程,而参与彼此的发展流程则在团体中树立了强大互信关系和长久联系。

高管领导力突破项目是为CEO和同等级别的高管、CEO继任后备人选、以及过渡CEO而设的。

对于较小企业的现任CEO、那些有志于在三五年内担任CEO的高管、以及高潜力高管,高管领导力发掘项目可能更为适合。
