Lisa Barlow, a Franco-American based in Paris, is a Senior Advisor, with a background in the Consumer & Retail sector practice. Lisa also helps business leaders build purposeful, resilient, and inclusive teams to tackle today’s complex challenges more effectively. In particular, she advises management and supervisory boards on CEO succession, board and leadership-team effectiveness, as well as sustainability. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Lisa was a Partner at Oliver Wyman in Europe, after opening the Paris office with a small team. Earlier, she cofounded ASSET, a consultancy in San Francisco advising French companies on how to expand in the U.S. She also served in the Peace Corps in Senegal for three years.
Lisa has an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Brown University. She attended the Lyçée Français de New York and earned a CEP from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris. She is married to a French land artist and is passionate about projects that unite people with their physical and virtual environments (previsouly known as DREAMS)..
