Drew McFeetors

Drew McFeetors, based in Toronto, leads Egon Zehnder’s Technology Officer Practice in Canada and is an active member of the Financial Services and Technology and Communications Practice globally. He is a valued advisor to clients across industries including professional services, consumer retail, and financial services, focusing on senior executive search and leadership assessment & development.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Drew was MasterCard’s Vice President for retail consulting services in the Americas, based in Toronto. Prior to that, he led American Express’s Canadian Business Insights team as part of a global information, analytics and consulting organization that provides customer-specific consulting services. Earlier, Drew was a Manager in Deloitte’s Corporate Strategy Group focusing on business and scenario planning and corporate and portfolio strategies. He began his career at 3M Canada as a Marketing Supervisor.

Drew earned a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and an MBA (graduating on the Dean’s Honor List) from the University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business. Drew is a strong supporter of the Canadian Armed Forces and is a proud member of Canada Company whose aim is to bridge the business and military communities. Drew is married with three young boys and is a passionate outdoorsman.
