Evelyne joined Egon Zehnder in 1991 where she serves clients at international level in the consumer practice and public sector as an executive search and trusted advisor on leadership issues. Some of her areas of expertise include talent management, team dynamics, leadership models executive coaching, and supporting leaders as they integrate or transition into new roles. She was Head of Professional Development worldwide between 2001 and 2006.

Evelyne started her career in auditing within Arthur Andersen in 1980 and left to complete her education with an MBA from INSEAD. In 1983, she joined a start-up consulting firm, Stratorg, where she became Partner. She dedicated most of her time to management turnarounds and restructuration in the manufacturing industry.
Evelyne has a Master’s in Economic and Arts from Paris X Nanterre and graduated from HEC with a major in Finance. In 2011, she completed the INSEAD program on Coaching for Change in Clinical Psychology for Organizations. Evelyne is certified in 16PF, Hogan and MBTI. Evelyne is a founding member of the Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society and she has led the Rising Talent Program on young women leaders under the age of 40. Evelyne has been appointed to the Steering Council of Human Rights Watch, in 2018. She is also Vice President of La Société d’Encouragement pour l’Industrie Nationale. In 2018, she has been nominated Member of Remuneration Committee for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and the World Rugby Cup 2023.
