Prior to working at Egon Zehnder, Todd served as Director of Business Planning and Strategy for Roche Diagnostics, where he led big data analytics and directed market insights. He was also a Consultant with McKinsey & Company and the Monitor Group. Earlier in his career he worked at GE in Corporate Business Development and on the Corporate Audit Staff.
Todd earned a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. He serves on the board of Exceptional Minds, an organization focused on training and employment for young adults on the autism spectrum. Outside of work he is a foodie, an oenophile, and an enthusiastic tennis player.
