Kirsten Tijssen, based in Amsterdam, is active across Egon Zehnder’s Consumer and Health Care practices. She draws on her extensive industry experience across consumer products, retail and services to help her clients with their evolving leadership and talent needs. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Kirsten spent 8 years in GM / senior leadership roles at Nike across regions and products. She held roles in Digital, Wholesale and Strategy. Earlier in her career, Kirsten was a project leader and strategy consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.
Kirsten holds an MSc in International Business from Erasmus University Rotterdam. She completed her MBA at INSEAD in Singapore and Fontainebleau, France. Alongside her consulting work, she is an angel investor and mentor. She loves spending time with her husband and their three boys, next to being out on the water somewhere or practicing yoga.
