Natalia Filchakova, based in Geneva, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Industrial and Leadership Advisory practices. She works with publicly traded and family-owned companies, as well as start-ups, and has a particular focus on innovation and sustainability.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Natalia served as a Global Venture Leader at DuPont in Geneva, leading a major portfolio digitalization initiative after holding various sales and marketing roles at the EMEA and global levels. Earlier, she cofounded an innovative boutique consultancy focused on accelerating the growth of small and mid-sized companies. She started her career in sustainability management at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology.
Natalia earned a Diploma in physics (cum laude) from Moscow State University, an MSc in Integrated Assessment from the University of Osnabrück, Germany, and an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. She is fluent English, French, German and Russian. Outside of work, Natalia enjoys yoga, hiking in the Alps and various water sports as well as snowboarding.
