Levent Ocal, based in Istanbul, focuses on leadership advisory, executive assessment, and leadership development. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Levent was a Senior Principal at Korn Ferry, where he led work in assessment, succession, and leadership development. Earlier, he was a Senior Manager in People Advisory Services at EY and a Consulting Manager at Hay Group, building over 15 years of experience in leadership advisory and consulting.
Levent holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Bilkent University and a master’s degree in Public Management from Università Bocconi. He is an avid sports lover, particularly interested in cycling, walking, and swimming.
