Based in London, Charlotte works globally with boards, CEOs, and executive teams across the industrial and energy sectors. She leads Egon Zehnder’s UK Industrial Practice and EMEA Energy Practice, advising clients on leadership, succession, and executive search.
Based on my experience leading transformation and as an executive advisor, it became clear to me that leadership is the key to unlocking business success. I get my energy from helping great leaders thrive in organizations that need them.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Charlotte was a Business Advisor to the CHRO at bp, where she worked on senior leadership succession, executive development, talent management, and organisational transformation. Before this, she held a range of planning and analytics roles across the business, giving her a practical perspective on leadership, talent, and organisational decision-making.
Charlotte began her career as a management consultant focused on people transformation in the energy and construction sectors. She holds an LLB from the University of Exeter. Outside work, she enjoys cycle touring, rock climbing, running, and travelling with her partner.
