Katelyn Atherton, based in London, is a consultant at Egon Zehnder focusing on Leadership Advisory Services. Her work spans executive search, supporting CEOs, boards, and senior leadership teams through transformation, succession, and leadership development. She collaborates with her clients to co-create sustainable paths forward, helping clarify what may be holding organizations back, expand what is possible, and build the confidence and capability required to lead change that endures.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Katelyn was a Director in Bain Academy at Bain & Company in the UK, supporting clients globally on capability building and transformation. Earlier in her career, she worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company across multiple sectors. She began her career in institutional foreign exchange sales at HSBC and Credit Suisse.
Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from INSEAD. Outside of work, she enjoys running, sewing, spending time outdoors, and creative, hands-on pursuits. Originally from Texas, she now lives in South London with her family.
