Katharina Stein, based in London, focuses on the Business Services sector and leads executive search and leadership advisory projects for Private Equity backed and listed businesses. She is a valued advisor to clients, leveraging her background in business services, public and private sector outsourcing, investment banking and M&A to advise on leadership decisions and master business challenges.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Katharina held various positions at G4S PLC in London, most recently as the Aide to the Group CEO, preceded by the roles of Corporate Development and Business Development Director, winning new business through large-scale tender processes. Prior to that, she was part of the M&A team at Barclays Capital and Credit Suisse in Frankfurt and London.
Katharina earned a BSc in finance from Maastricht University, spending a semester abroad at Bocconi University in Italy. Outside work, she and her husband enjoy spending time with their young family. She loves travelling and exploring new cultures and staying fit and active.
