Richard Stark, based in London, is a trusted advisor to global companies on leadership succession planning. He focuses on working with public companies, family businesses, and private-equity-backed clients in the global consumer products and consumer healthcare sectors, developing and recruiting CEOs and C-suite general managers and marketing and supply-chain executives, as well as non-executive Board members.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Richard was VP, Corporate Development, at Allied Domecq plc. Previously, he was a Principal and Leader of the UK Corporate Development Practice at Boston Consulting Group. During his time there, he played a key role in several major postmerger integration projects, including LloydsTSB, Polygram Universal, and GlaxoSmithKline.
Richard earned his MA and MEng in manufacturing engineering from the University of Cambridge and his MBA from Harvard Business School. When not working, Richard loves cooking for friends and family and enjoys cars and tennis.
