Based in London, Tade Fayomi serves clients as a member of Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services and Leadership Advisory practices. She primarily works with leaders in Asset Management and Private Wealth Management, across a broad range of talent needs including board advisory, CEO succession, talent management, and senior leadership development. Tade is passionate about diversity and sustainability topics shaping the future of organizations and provides advice on developing senior leaders to clients in the United Kingdom and Africa.

My motto has always been ‘Success is what you do for yourself, and significance is what you do for others.’ I’m driven to make a difference in my community by supporting individuals to unlock their full potential and thrive, both professionally and personally.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Tade served as a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Asset and Wealth Management in London, leading strategic marketing and business development projects for ESG and Sustainable Investments, globally. Earlier, she worked at Boston Consulting Group as a management consultant within financial services. She started her career at Goldman Sachs where she worked in the New York, London, Dubai and Singapore offices as a Vice President and was responsible for managing key client accounts and advising on investment strategy.

Tade earned a BBA (magna cum laude) in Finance from Howard University in the U.S. and an MBA from INSEAD in France. She is passionate about advancing diversity in financial services, is an active member of Black Women in Asset Management (BWAM) and has been included in the BWAM 40 under 40 list for impact. Tade also volunteers at social enterprise VCs with a focus on female founders in Africa. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, travelling and exploring new cultures.
