He also belongs to the Firm’s Consumer Practice, specializing in commercial innovation and marketing. Michael leverages his deep experience with innovation to help clients energize their businesses.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Michael served as the GM for Organizational Change at Australia’s fastest growing digital bank. Before that, he led global commercial innovation programs at General Electric in Fairfield, Connecticut and New York City and the regional rollout of GE’s innovation and digital transformation strategy while based in Melbourne, Australia. Earlier, Michael was with Kimberly Clark, where he managed product and technology innovations across multiple consumer and B2B brands.
Michael earned Bachelor of Science degrees in chemical engineering and paper science & engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Cornell University. He loves spending time outdoors with his wife and two daughters and enjoys fitness, hiking, paddleboarding and basketball.
