Clement Bontemps, based in Dubai, is a consultant at Egon Zehnder’s Services Practice Group. With deep experience leading complex portfolios, structuring new teams and departments, and navigating multi-stakeholder environments across the Middle East, Clement helps organizations place authentic, high-performing leaders in pivotal roles.
I’m driven by partnering with clients to shape human-capital solutions rooted in their culture and strategy and by building trusted relationships with leaders as they navigate pivotal moments in their journeys.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Clement was at Tamkeen, where he managed a portfolio of university campuses in Abu Dhabi. Earlier in his career, he spent ten years at Miral, overseeing a large mixed-use portfolio of entertainment, leisure, retail, hospitality, and residential assets. Clement also worked at Technip, delivering major oil and gas facilities in the Middle East.
Clement holds an MSc from École Normale Supérieure de Centrale Lyon and completed executive programs at INSEAD (Leading for Results) and Harvard (Corporate Level Strategy). Outside of work, he seeks balance through movement and stillness–running, football & hiking on one side; breathwork and meditation on the other. He is married and has three children.
