Based in Milan, Chiara Vallini is a Consultant in Egon Zehnder’s Health Practice Group. Chiara advises clients on executive search, leadership development, board mandates, and coaching. She combines analytical rigor with a deep curiosity about people, working at the intersection of strategy and human dynamics to help leaders translate their strengths into sustained organizational success.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Chiara was a Manager at BCG in the UK and the US, where she led commercial strategy, turnaround, and organizational transformation projects, with a particular focus on the healthcare sector. Earlier in her career, she worked at Ascend Partners, a private equity firm in New York.
Chiara holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was named a Baker Scholar, and a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University. Outside of work, she is a passionate skier, baker, and traveler, having visited more than 60 countries and worked in six.
