She advises global consumer products and retail companies on leadership appointments, executive assessment and development, succession planning, and transformation. Elena combines deep consumer industry expertise with extensive experience in growth and transformation. She is passionate about helping organizations identify, develop, and unlock exceptional leadership talent capable of driving sustainable impact.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Elena was an Associate Partner at Bain & Company in Italy and Brazil. There, she advised global consumer and retail companies on growth, transformation, and M&A initiatives, working closely with leadership teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. This experience shaped her belief that sustainable business performance starts with exceptional leadership.
Elena holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Management Engineering from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, graduating with honors. Outside work, she enjoys reading and traveling the world with her husband and two young sons.
