Claudine Albert advises senior executives, boards, and leadership teams on assessment, development, and succession. She partners with local and global organizations operating in complex environments to strengthen leadership effectiveness and support critical talent decisions, including CEO succession, executive development, culture transformation, and top team journeys. Claudine began her career at Egon Zehnder within the Leadership Advisory and Founder Services Practices, where she built a strong foundation in executive search, cultural analysis, and team transformation.
Claudine holds a BFA from Concordia University and an MA from the Courtauld Institute of Art, University of London, UK. She is a certified executive coach and an accredited psychometric practitioner. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and running, and collecting art and design.
