Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Sergio gained top management experience at Adare Biome as its VP for Strategic Innovation and New Market Development, after serving as the Senior Director for Strategy Projects for Adare’s three divisions. Previously he held the role of Director of Strategic Planning with Zoetis (formerly Pfizer Animal Health). Earlier in his career Sergio was a Consultant at McKinsey & Co. in Milan and Boston, leading projects across multiple industry, functions, and geographies.

Sergio earned a BS and MS in mechanical engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan, then completed a MBA at Harvard Business School. Outside work Sergio enjoys reading, skiing, traveling, and preparing Italian dishes for his family and friends. He and his wife have two children.
