Based in Oslo, Elisabet is active in Egon Zehnder’s Industrial and Sustainability practices while serving clients across multiple industries. She is a valued advisor to business leaders, drawing on her deep expertise in industrial automation, sustainability, corporate strategy, financial communication and the capital markets. Elisabet is especially passionate about helping companies leverage technology and innovative automation solutions to gain a strategic business advantage while helping to promote a circular economy.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Elisabet spent nine years at TOMRA Systems ASA, joining as the Vice President Head of Investor Relations and M&A and later serving as a Senior Vice President and member of the corporate management, in charge of Group Strategy, M&A and Sustainability. Her responsibilities also included promoting and leading various strategic business development initiatives. Prior to that, Elisabet advanced to the role of investment banker at Alfred Berg/ABN AMRO (later the Royal Bank of Scotland) in Oslo, Stockholm and Amsterdam, focusing on M&A transactions in the power & utilities and renewables sectors.
Elisabet earned a BSc in finance from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) and an MBA in strategic management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Her credentials also include winning several awards for her work in Investor Relations. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her partner and their two children.
