Kristin Raabe serves clients across the Nordics and internationally, with a particular focus on consumer goods, technology and telecom, as well as the energy transition. She leads Egon Zehnder’s global Board Effectiveness service area and works at the intersection of boards, CEOs, and leadership teams. Kristin advises clients on CEO succession, board composition and effectiveness, and senior leadership appointments. She also supports leadership development and transformation, helping organizations strengthen governance, performance, and long-term leadership pipelines.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder in 2016, Kristin spent 11 years with the Boston Consulting Group in Oslo, where she worked across industries on strategy, organizational development, and large-scale transformation and cost optimization programs. She then spent seven years at DNV, an independent expert in assurance and risk management, holding several roles including Section Head in the Renewable Energy division.
