Ibrahim Nahas, based in Dubai, is a consultant in Egon Zehnder’s Public & Social Sectors and Technology Practice Groups, with a focus on public sector transformation and technology-driven innovation. He brings over a decade of consulting experience, supporting senior leaders and organizations in designing and implementing large-scale initiatives, ranging from national AI strategies and re/upskilling programs to real estate sector transformation and education reforms. Ibrahim partners closely with ministries, sovereign wealth funds, and private sector leaders to translate vision into actionable strategy, ensuring lasting impact.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Ibrahim was a principal at the Boston Consulting Group, advising public and private sector clients in the GCC on strategies in technology, AI, higher education and investment policy. Earlier, he was a senior consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Ibrahim holds an MBA from London Business School and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut. Outside of work, he is passionate about exploring new cultures and enjoys cooking and music.
