Yan Geng, based in Shanghai, leads Egon Zehnder’s Industrial Practice in China. She is also a core member of Egon Zehnder’s Technology Practices. She is actively serving clients in automotive, automation, chemical, and enterprise technology sectors. She is a trusted leadership & organization advisor on digital transformation, cross-border M&A and family business succession.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Yan was a General Manager leading Honeywell Global Gasoline Business within Transportation System Business Group and based in Switzerland. Previously, she held various senior positions in Honeywell driving product management, sales & marketing, strategic planning and M&A. She also spent 5 years with Deloitte Management Consulting prior to Honeywell with a focus on Telecommunication, Media, and Technology.
Yan has a BA from Shanghai International Studies University in China, and a MBA from INSEAD in France.

加入亿康先达之前，耿雁曾任霍尼韦尔交通系统业务集团的全球汽油发动机业务总经理，常驻瑞士。此前，她在霍尼韦尔历任各项高管职务，负责推动产品管理、战略规划、商务销售和并购工作。职业早年，她曾在德勤咨询工作五年，专攻电信/媒体/科技业咨询服务。
耿雁是上海外国语大学文学士、INSEAD欧洲工商管理学院MBA。工作之余，她喜欢和孩子们一起旅行和绘画。
