Amy is based in Egon Zehnder’s London office and is a member of the Consumer and Industrial Practice Groups. Previously to her consultant role, Amy worked as a Senior Specialist in Egon Zehnder’s Global Assessment & Development Practice. She plays a critical role in building the Firm’s Global Assessment and Development capabilities and works with colleagues and clients worldwide in understanding and developing talent.

Today’s leaders play an immensely important role in shaping and driving our future, and I’m passionate about helping these individuals transform both themselves and the world around them.

She has a depth of experience in leading a variety of client projects ranging from CEO succession and search, to the design and embedding of assessment and development methodologies, to coaching. She has a broad global expertise across multiple industries.

Amy has a BSc in Natural Sciences and is certified in the interpretation of a wide range of psychometric tools at individual, team and organisational level. She is a member of the British Psychological Society and the Association of Facilitators.
