エゴンゼンダーは50年以上にわたり世界中の経営陣の業務継承の中枢に関わってきました。CEOの任命はその場限りのイベントではなく、むしろ経営陣や取締役会、会社自身、主なステークホルダーにとっては旅立ちであるということも理解しています。

弊社は過去5年間で1,218名超のCEOの任命をサポートしており、将来を見据えたゆるぎないプロセスで取締役会にアドバイスを行っています。今日のリーダーが直面している複雑性と不確実性の増大に鑑み、CEOというポジションがいかに唯一無二のものであるかも認識しているのです。
