Based in Atlanta, Bob Kim is a leader in Egon Zehnder’s Automotive and Mobility and Industrial Practices. He is a trusted advisor in executive search, leadership assessment and development, and team effectiveness.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, Bob held numerous automotive leadership roles with both automakers and retailers. Most recently, Bob was a Market President with AutoNation, the world’s largest automotive retailer, where he held responsibility for 11 AutoNation dealerships in the Southeast. Prior to that, Bob was Regional Vice President for Volkswagen of America in the Southeast and Senior Director Dealer Network Operations, overseeing all dealer network activity for the US. In addition to holding other corporate roles at Audi, Ford, Urban Science and General Mills, Bob owned and operated a Honda dealership earlier in his career.
Bob received his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BA in Economics and Communications from the University of Michigan. When not working, you’ll find Bob watching his boys on the soccer field or basketball court.
