Jeff Otto is the leader of Egon Zehnder’s Engineering and Research & Development Officers Practice. He also leads the North America Semiconductor Practice. Jeff leverages his deep industry experience to advise clients and develop solutions for their talent needs.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Jeff was a General Manager in GE’s Industrial Solutions business. His earlier roles at GE were Executive Quality Leader for the Energy Management Division and Director of the GE Corporate Initiatives Group. Previously, Jeff was a Senior Engagement Manager at Monitor Consulting, a Plant Manager with Praxair, a senior process engineer with MEMC, and a process engineer at Monsanto.
Jeff earned an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in chemical engineering from Cornell University. Outside of work, he engages in DIY home projects and attends his daughters’ sports events.
