Based in Brussels, Matthew is active across several industries and functions, including Technology & Communications and Health. He supports a diverse array of organizations, spanning top-tier companies to startups across numerous industries.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Matthew was with Verisure, a private equity-owned technology-driven company headquarted in Geneva, in various roles including Chief of Staff to the Group CEO, and Director of Partnerships & Alliances. Matthew also worked in Fonterra’s strategy team, a global dairy nutrition company and served as a consultant at McKinsey in their Belgian and Australian offices, working on strategy and M&A projects across telecommunications, pharmaceutical, healthcare, food & beverage companies.
Matthew earned his MA in business engineering from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. An active angel investor, outside work he also supports entrepreneurs in building effective leadership teams. He likes to unwind by meditating and engaging in outdoor activities that include hiking in the mountains, golfing, and playing squash.
