Yve Wu, based in Hong Kong and Taipei, is a Consultant in Egon Zehnder’s Technology & AI and Industrial Practice Groups. She focuses on executive search, succession planning, and leadership advisory, bringing deep familiarity with the Taiwan market.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Yve spent more than a decade at McKinsey & Company, where she advised a range of corporate and family-owned clients on transformation and organizational topics in Asia. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Solomon Technology Corporation and Chung-Hsin Electric & Machinery. She began her career as an intern at the Institut National de l’Énergie Solaire in France.
Yve holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan, an ME in Materials Science from the University of Toulouse III in France, and an MBA from the European School of Management and Technology in Germany. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

加入億康先達前，Yve 曾於麥肯錫公司任職逾十年，為亞洲多家企業及家族企業客戶提供轉型與組織議題相關的諮詢服務。職涯早期，她曾任職於所羅門科技及中興電工，並於法國國家太陽能研究院展開職涯，擔任實習生。
Yve 擁有台灣國立清華大學化學工程學士學位、法國土魯斯第三大學材料科學工程碩士學位，以及德國歐洲管理技術學院工商管理碩士學位
