Yve Wu, based in Hong Kong and Taiwan, is a consultant in Egon Zehnder’s Technology & AI and Industrial Practice Groups. She advises technology and industrial organizations on leadership, succession, and transformation, drawing on deep experience in enterprise transformation, management consulting, and engineering-led innovation.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Yve spent more than a decade at McKinsey & Company in Taiwan, where she advised clients across technology and industrial sectors. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Solomon Technology Corporation and Chung-Hsin Electric & Machinery. She began her career as an intern at the Institut National de l’Énergie Solaire in France.
Yve holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan, an ME in Materials Science from the University of Toulouse III in France, and an MBA from the European School of Management and Technology in Germany. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
吳伊凡（Yve Wu）常駐香港及台灣，是億康先達科技與人工智慧以及工業業務團隊的顧問。她憑藉在企業轉型、管理顧問及工程驅動創新領域的深厚經驗，為科技及工業企業提供領導力、接班規劃及轉型相關顧問服務。
加入 億康先達之前，吳伊凡曾於 麥肯錫公司台灣分公司服務超過十年，為科技及工業領域客戶提供顧問服務。更早之前，她曾任職於 所羅門科技及 中興電工職業生涯初期，她曾於法國國家太陽能實驗室擔任實習生。
吳伊凡擁有台灣國立清華大學化學工程學士學位、法國圖盧茲第三大學材料科學碩士學位，以及德國歐洲管理與科技學院MBA學位。工作之餘，她喜歡打網球、登山，並享受與家人及朋友相處的時光。
