Patrick Nader co-leads Egon Zehnder’s Global Real Estate Practice as well as the Marketing and Sales Practice in EMEA. He advises clients in the real estate, aviation, logistics, and FMCG sectors. Drawing on his experience in strategy consulting and in the consumer industry, Patrick focuses on executive search, leadership assessment and development, and succession planning.

Great leaders must take calculated risks to expand their business horizons, and I love working with them as they navigate these important decisions.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Patrick served as the Senior Strategy Director at PepsiCo with responsibility for Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, following roles in Go-to-market and Sales Strategy. Prior to that, he was a Manager at the strategy consulting firm Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company), advising real estate and investment companies throughout the Middle East. He began his career in Canada in Marketing and Logistics roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev.

Patrick earned a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and an MBA from INSEAD. He speaks fluent English, Arabic, and French. When not consulting, Patrick helps high-impact, emerging entrepreneurs scale up their businesses as a mentor and advisory board member at Endeavor.
