Francisca Fei is a consultant based in Egon Zehnder’s Geneva office. She represents clients in the Consumer Goods and Commodities sectors, having worked dedicated her work to food & beverage, processing industries, and related services. She is deeply curious about “how the world really works” and enjoys building high-performing teams to help drive organizational transformation.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Francisca was a consultant and later Principal at Boston Consulting Group in Zurich and Geneva. Originally from Shanghai, China, she has worked across Asia and Europe and helps build bridges between the regions. Her internationality and curiosity have brought her to farms, manufacturing sites, and retail stores globally as she tries to understand the flow of goods across the world. She is also known for her impactful client work, helping clients implement challenging change programs over long periods of time.
Francisca holds a Master of Arts in Strategy & International Management from the University of St. Gallen, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. Outside work, Francisca enjoys playing the piano and singing, exploring languages and cultures, and combining her love of food with travel together with her husband. She speaks English, German, French, Mandarin, and Shanghainese.

Bevor sie zu Egon Zehnder kam, war Francisca Fei Beraterin und später Principal bei der Boston Consulting Group in Zürich und Genf. Dort konzentrierte sie sich auf die Bereiche Konsumgüter, Dienstleistungen und Industrie. Zu ihren beruflichen Erfahrungen gehören Aufgaben in Operations und Marketing in Singapur, Japan und ihrer Heimatstadt Shanghai.
Francisca Fei hat einen Master of Arts in Strategy & International Management von der Universität St. Gallen und einen Bachelor of Science in Business Administration von der WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. Sie hat umfangreiche Führungstrainings absolviert und ist als Change Managerin zertifiziert. Nach der Arbeit spielt Francisca Fei gerne Klavier und singt. Sie interessiert sich für fremde Sprachen, Kulturen und gutes Essen – Dinge, die sie auf Reisen mit ihrem Mann genießt.
