Established in 1986, Hamburg was the third office opened in Germany. From a modern building in the heart of this port city, our 11 consultants and 24 staffers serve local and international businesses in the logistics, commodity trading, media, publishing, maritime, and alternative energy industries.

We work with family business, publicly listed companies, and global multinationals to help them identify, develop, and support senior executives. In one case, while working with a family-owned company in the commodities trading industry undergoing a generational shift in leadership, we assessed and evaluated the two heirs, conducted a board-level search, brought on new nonexecutive directors, and worked on a competency model.
