Tess, based in Malmö and Stockholm, is active across Egon Zehnder’s Industrial, Private Capital and Financial Services Practices. Drawing on international leadership experience from both large corporate organisations and entrepreneurial scale-ups, she is a valued advisor on executive and board searches, succession planning, individual and team assessments, and leadership development.
In a time of profound technological, environmental and geopolitical change, leadership matters more than ever. I work closely with clients to identify and develop thoughtful, dynamic leaders primed to navigate what lies ahead.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder Tess held executive roles (CEO, CFO, MD) in the European renewable energy industry, culminating in the exit sale of Green Hedge Group, a developer and operator of renewable energy and battery storage projects. Beyond her experience at the heart of the energy transition, Tess has a long-standing interest in the intersection and interplay of industry, geopolitics and public policy. Before her move to the energy sector, she spent her early career at Goldman Sachs in London.
Tess holds a BSc in Government and Economics and an MPA in Public and Economic Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Outside of work she enjoys reading and spending time with her family - whether pottering about their countryside home, enjoying nature, or travelling to explore new cultures and places.
