Isabel Linse, based in Miami, works closely with Egon Zehnder’s Private Capital and Financial Officers practices. She has particular expertise in recruiting chief financial officers across the public and private technology sectors. In addition, she helps private equity and venture capital firms find investment professionals and portfolio-company executives and provides leadership development and management appraisal services. Isabel is also active in the firm’s Consumer Practice.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Isabel was the Director of Business Development at Discovery Networks International, the international arm of media company Discovery Communications, in London. Previously she worked in private equity as an investment professional with Summit Partners, a growth equity firm. Prior to that, Isabel gained experience in investment banking, first as an analyst on the media and telecommunications corporate finance team of Banc of America Securities in New York and then as an Associate at Deutsche Bank in London. Earlier in her career, Isabel was a Senior Analyst with Triene, a financial-information-services startup funded by Goldman Sachs and Reuters.
Isabel earned a BA in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. Outside of work, she enjoys keeping up with the news and current events, playing outdoor sports and traveling internationally.
