Imran Saleem, based in Dubai, has served the Middle East region as an Egon Zehnder consultant since 2007. To help private and public sector clients meet their challenges, he provides consulting and advice on boards, succession planning, leadership assessment and development, coaching and executive searches. Imran has worked with the region’s leading banks and other financial institutions, family businesses, and government-related entities across a wide range of sectors including real estate, industrial, services and consumer. Imran leads the Firm’s Board Practice and co-leads its Financial Services Practice in the Middle East.

Working with our clients to drive transformation via great leadership and impactful governance in this dynamic region has led to meaningful relationships and decades-long partnerships.

Before becoming an Egon Zehnder consultant, Imran held a number of senior-level positions in Toronto, London and Dubai, was an Associate Partner in Financial Services at PwC and held the roles of Associate Partner for Financial Services at IBM and Engagement Director at the Everest Group.

Imran earned a BA from Lewis & Clark College, holds the ICAEW Chartered Accountant qualification, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. He is deeply committed to social causes, champions education in the developing world and enjoys traveling widely to explore diverse cultures.
