Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Sathya was CEO of Preventive Health at Apollo Hospitals, where she led the transformation and scaling of a large healthcare business. Earlier, she held senior strategy and marketing roles at The Hindu Group and spent over a decade at McKinsey & Company, advising organizations across healthcare, public sector, and consumer contexts. She also held a corporate strategy role at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.
Sathya holds a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Medicine from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Oregon State University. She enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring the science of wellbeing and human performance.
