Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Sathya was CEO of Preventive Health at Apollo Hospitals, where she helped reimagine and scale one of India’s largest preventive health platforms, bringing together clinicians, technology, data science, and consumer engagement to improve health outcomes at scale. Earlier, she held senior strategy and marketing roles at The Hindu Group and spent over a decade at McKinsey & Company, advising organizations across healthcare, public sector, and consumer contexts. She also held a corporate strategy role at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.
Sathya holds a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Medicine from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Oregon State University. She enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring the science of wellbeing and human performance.
