Pallavi Kathuria is a core member of the firm’s India, APAC and Global Technology & Communications Practice. She was the Managing Partner of Egon Zehnder’s India offices across New Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore from 2017 to August, 2022. She is a trusted advisor on leadership succession and talent management for clients in the IT products and services, software, consumer Internet, and enterprise digital sectors. She is also active in the firm’s Executive Assessment and Development Practice and the Diversity and Inclusion Practice. In the past, she has been on the Global Technology & Communications Practice Leadership team and has served as the India and APAC Technology & Communications Practice leader.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Pallavi worked at Microsoft in the U.S. and India for 15 years. Previously, she was a Product Manager at Nokia in Finland.

Pallavi has a Bachelor of Engineering in electronics and communications from the Delhi Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, where she was a Fuqua scholar. She is also on the India Regional Advisory Board of Duke University, Fuqua School of Business. Pallavi works to address inequality in India through volunteer work and diversity initiatives. She is married with two sons and loves travel and world history.
